Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–14 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During high-volume releases, collaborations, holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation or modification.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers

Delivery delays caused by carrier issues

Packages shipped to the address provided at checkout
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Address changes requested after an order is placed are not guaranteed and may not be accommodated once fulfillment has begun.
Delivery Confirmation & Liability
All orders include tracking information. Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Packages left unattended

Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

Customers are encouraged to:

Claims for stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Signature Confirmation
For select high-value orders, we reserve the right to require signature confirmation upon delivery. Orders refused by the customer or undeliverable due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
To protect against fraudulent transactions and unauthorized chargebacks:

Shipping and billing information may be verified before fulfillment

Tracking numbers, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and carrier records are retained as proof of fulfillment and delivery
By placing an order, the customer agrees that proof of delivery supplied by the carrier constitutes valid fulfillment of the order.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with all available evidence, including:

Lost Packages In Transit
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier before delivery, we may assist in filing a carrier claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
Packages delayed in transit are not considered lost until the carrier officially declares them lost.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for customs delays or refused international shipments.
Refused Packages & Returns to Sender
Packages refused by the customer or returned to sender may be subject to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Items labeled as preorder or made-to-order may require extended production and fulfillment timelines. Estimated shipping windows are subject to change.
Purchasing a preorder item acknowledges acceptance of these timelines.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation, tracking updates, carrier scans, GPS delivery verification, signature confirmation (when applicable), and shipping records constitute proof of successful fulfillment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.
